WHEN TO GET IN TOUCH

If you are interested in working with us, we recommend getting in touch with us at least three months before you aim to start your project.

OUTLINE OF THE PROCESS…

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We will meet you (preferably on site) to discuss your project, style, and preferences. This initial meeting will help us understand your vision and needs for your project.

LAYOUT AND FUNCTION

Our recommendation is to bring us onboard when you appoint an architect. This way we can work hand in hand to create the perfect functional layout.

2.

CONCEPT

Along with the interior layout, we will present the concept design. This collaborative process ensures the design meets your needs and style.

3.

DESIGN PRESENTATION

Following your feedback on the concept presentation, we will get designing! We can offer our photorealistic 3D visualisation service (more information on this below.)

4.

TECHNICAL PACKAGE

Once your designs have been finalised, we will put together a tender package. This information is what enables contractors to quote accurately for your scope of work and execute the designs correctly.

5.

PROCUREMENT

During the procurement phase, we purchase everything we have specified for your project. We manage all orders and deliveries and in most scenarios our clients opt to use our recommended white glove storage warehouse who will safely store everything until we are ready to install.

6.

DESIGN SUPERVISION

We support the trades to ensure the designs are flawlessly executed. Once the fit-out is complete, we carefully inspect your home to ensure it meets our high standards.

INSTALL DAY

The best part! Installation is a very exciting phase as we put everything in place and make the final preparations for your new home! Project installs typically take a few days to a week, but really depend on the project's size.

We have the capability in house to produce photorealistic 3D visualisations. In our experience, clients find 3D visuals an incredibly exciting and useful tool. Through bringing their interiors to life, it demonstrates every detail from the colours, textures, lighting to the scale of furniture.

If you would like to have 3D visuals, we would present these to you during phase four, allowing you to amend and approve your designs with confidence.

This service is ideal for those who have had shelving or joinery installed and need us to source and curate a beautiful display. Or perhaps we have completed the design of your secondary residence and you need us to source all the essentials, from cutlery and plates to towels and bed linen, so you can arrive and instantly settle into your new beautiful home.
